Shipping Policy – Lab Ish LLC

Unless otherwise noted, all orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Orders over $82 USD receive free ground shipping

Temperature Advisory – Skincare Products

Our formulations are crafted with high levels of active ingredients and natural oils, which can be sensitive to extreme temperatures during transit.

To help preserve product integrity, we take the following precautions during warmer months:

  • Adjusted Shipping Schedule: Orders may be shipped earlier in the week (Monday–Wednesday) to reduce the risk of packages sitting in transit over weekends.
  • Protective Packaging: Select orders may include insulation and/or thermal protection to help minimize heat exposure.

While we take care to protect your order, please note:

  • We cannot control transit conditions, carrier delays, or how long a package remains outdoors after delivery.
  • Variations in texture (softening, slight separation, or changes in viscosity) may occur in high heat but do not impact product safety or efficacy.
  • Lab Ish LLC is not liable for temperature-related changes that occur during shipping.

We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery and, if possible, shipping to a location where it can be received directly.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at ish@wearelabish.com with your order number and the following:

  • Photos of the outer shipping box (all sides, including shipping label)
  • Photos of the internal packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for up to 2 weeks, as they may be required for a shipping claim.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work to provide a fair resolution as quickly as possible.
